Exchange and Returns Policy

This gallery sells work on behalf of artists/makers, both local and national, on a commission basis. Due to the handmade and handcrafted nature of our items for sale, many are one-offs or very small batches.

 

Exchanges:

We offer a 28 day return policy where goods can be brought back for exchange only, providing they are in perfect condition, with a receipt valid for 28 days from date of purchase.

Please note, however, that earrings are not exchangeable unless faulty.

 

Faulty goods:

If an item is damaged after you leave the gallery and it is not deemed to be a design fault, a refund will not be issued.

If an item is faulty, please contact the gallery as soon as possible. If possible, please submit photographs via our email info@hardinghousegallery.co.uk. We will contact the maker to discuss with them either a repair, replacement or exchange.

 

These policies do not affect your statutory rights.
